Romania will play host to the 28th event of Brave Combat Federation. It will mark the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion's debut in the country.

Originally, Brave CF announced that it will hold "Brave 28" was originally scheduled to take place on October 25, 2019 in the Philippines, which would have been Brave CF's second event in the home country of reigning Brave CF Bantamweight World Champion Stephen "The Sniper" Loman, 24. Now, it will take place on November 4, 2019 at Berăria H in Bucharest, Romania.

The newly scheduled "Brave 28" marks Brave CF's debut in Romania and the promotion's first event in Eastern Europe. The show will be a co-promotion with Real Xtreme Fighting (RXF), an MMA promotion based in Romania.

RXF will hold "RXF 36: VIP Gold Edition" Berăria H on November 4, 2019. The headquarters of the Romanian MMA promotion is in Brasov, Romania.

Brave CF decided to postpone its return to the Philippines due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the organization reiterates its commitment with the Filipino MMA scene and will come back soon to the home country of Loman, who is training out of Team Lakay in La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines.

The fight card for "Brave 28" will be announced in the coming days as Brave CF continues its commitment to developing MMA in Europe. The promotion has held two events in the continent so far.

“Brave 13: Europe Evolution” took place at the SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland on June 9, 2018. It was attended by former UFC Lightweight Champion Conor “The Notorious” McGregor, 31, of Dublin, Ireland.

On July 25, 2019, celebrities including “Love Island” Series 3 and “Geordie Shore” alum Sam Gowland, 23, and English MMA fighters Aaron “The Joker” Chalmers, 32, and Paul “Semtex” Daley, 36, gathered at the Copper Box Arena in London, England to watch “Brave 24." Brave CF president Mohammed “The Hawk” Shahid, 30, considered the invite-only event a massive success.
