Russia represented at 2019 IMMAF-WMMAA Senior World Championships in Bahrain

2019 IMMAF-WMMAA World Championships
Russia will be represented at the 2019 International Mixed Martial Arts Federation-World Mixed Martial Arts Association Senior World Championships of Amateur MMA. The combat sports event will take place at the Khalifa Sports City in Manama, Bahrain from November 10-16, 2019.

Audience entry to the arena is free. The action will be streamed live internationally at IMMAF TV.
Including Russia, 49 countries will be represented at the 2019 IMMAF-WMMAA Senior World Championships. It will be held in parallel with the 2019 Junior World Championships.

The 2019 IMMAF-WMMAA Senior World Championships is hosted by the Bahrain MMA Federation (BMMAF) under the auspices of the Bahrain Olympic Committee. Here is the list of 31 MMA fighters representing Russia at the tournament:

On November 10, 2019, there will be a tournament draw and the competition will run from November 11-14, 2019 and on November 16, 2019 starting at 11 a.m. (UTC +3) each day. All matches will take place under Unified Amateur MMA Rules.

Netherlands's Gilbert Yvel shortlisted for KHK World Championship in Bahrain

  KHK World Championship belt Dutch-Surinamese mixed martial artist Gilbert "The Hurricane" Yvel, 43, can become the inaugural KHK World Champion. He is the only fighter from the Netherlands in the shortlist of MMA fighters released by Brave Combat Federation and Khalid Bin Hamad Al Khalifa Mixed Martial Arts. Open to all weight classes and all MMA promotions, the KHK World Championship will award the winner with US$ 100,000 with a belt  made of 6.2kg of gold. Andrei Arlovski Belarus has one representative at "UFC 244." He is mixed martial arts veteran and actor Andrei "The Pitbull" Arlovski, 40. Hailing from Minsk, Belarus, Arlovski is one of the 24 MMA fighters on the "UFC 244" fight card . It marks his 30th bout in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Featuring 12 MMA bouts, the UFC will hold "UFC 244" at the Madison Square Garden, New York City, New York, United States on November 2, 2019.
